Biography

We were married in Valley City, North Dakota on June 12th, 1982 and have lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa since August of 2000 after stints in North Dakota, Texas & Minnesota.

We have three boys, four granddaughters and two grandsons. I sing & play guitar a bit and like to putz at odd jobs for family and friends. I love to speak about the Bible and hear how the Lord Jesus has changed people’s lives. My favorite authors are Alfred Edersheim & Mark Kurlansky.

Julie makes rice bags, the BEST apple pie and great home made soups. She loves to read & crochet. People may or may not like me but they LOVE Julie. I am very glad I married her! She is a wonderful and constant blessing from the Lord.
